The first fleet
QAF begins in Makkah. The programme is conceived for the districts rising beside AlMasjid AlHaram, King Salman Gate among them — up to twelve million square metres of a new quarter, built for those who walk, its buildings stepping and sloping toward the Haram, its plazas made for prayer, its edges joined to transit.
QAF is designed for the part of that quarter which cannot be walked. Heat, dust, repeated journeys and a generous standard of hospitality shape the development brief. Proposed settings illustrate that ambition; they do not imply a contracted deployment.

And then outward
Makkah is the beginning, not the boundary. Across the Muslim world, historic centres, hotels and new districts share a need: comfortable short journeys that respect the place around them. Madinah, Jeddah and the wider Gulf are natural possibilities. Each new setting would need its own operating brief, approvals and service plan.
We did not set out to build a car company. We set out to build one vehicle properly, for the hardest place there is, and to stand behind it.
