Five roles are central to building the first fleet.

| Head of the atelier | At the atelier | Runs the six stations, the suppliers and the checklist. Has built vehicles in volume before. |
| Chief engineer | Switzerland | Owns the climate package, the electrics and homologation. Has taken a vehicle through type approval. |
| After-sales lead | Kingdom of Saudi Arabia | Builds the parts store, the technician programme and the availability record. |
| Finance lead | Switzerland | Batch cash flow, hedging, reporting to a board. Swiss GAAP FER. |
| Cultural adviser | Kingdom of Saudi Arabia | Reviews every guest feature, name, pattern and word for the Kingdom. Has advised a hospitality or public body on the same. |
